Featured EventLetting go through breath.
We say it like it's simple: Let go.
But most of us are still holding something β an emotion, an outcome, a belief, an expectation. The question isn't whether we want to release it, but instead how.
Drawing on the teachings from David Hawkins' Letting Go: The Pathway of Surrender, this workshop explores what letting go actually feels like. Not as a concept, but as something you can practice.
Together we'll slow down, connect with what's ready to shift, and use breathwork to create the conditions for deep release. Not through forcing, but allowing what we resist to exist. We'll close with space to reflect and integrate.

Move through a personal journey of body awareness, emotional release, opening, and inner clarity
Each experience is unique. You are always in control of your pace.
