Coaching
If you’re reading this, you’ve likely done everything you were “supposed” to do — worked hard, built a career, checked the boxes you thought would make you feel fulfilled. From the outside, things look good. But inside, something feels off. You sense a gap between where you are and where you truly want to be.
That’s where our work begins.
Coaching helps you slow down and get curious enough to actually hear yourself and witness what is happening under the surface (sometimes even for the first time). Together, we’ll explore what’s really driving your current reality and how those patterns show up in your work, relationships, and daily life. From there, we identify where you have choice and how you might begin responding differently.
My approach blends deep reflection with practical, embodied action. You’ll learn to recognize when you’re slipping into old habits, like overworking, people-pleasing, or doubting your intuition, and develop tools to practice new ways of responding. The shifts often start small— maybe setting a boundary, communicating honestly, or tuning into how you feel. Over time, these small moments are what create lasting change.
Breathwork
Breathwork helps you feel what’s happening in your body. It’s a practice that pairs beautifully with coaching or on its own by allowing the release of emotions, energy, and tension you’re holding onto.
For so many of my clients, it’s easier to stay in your head — to think, analyze, and rationalize your way through all of the decisions and choices that come your way. But when we do that, we miss out on the messages our body and higher self are trying to send us. Breathwork is where you learn to deeply listen to what’s happening inside.
Each session is uniquely curated for you and your needs, from the music we play to the pacing of the session. No matter what, my goal is to hold a safe space for you to experience the magic of your own breath.
Breathwork can stand alone or be woven into our coaching work, in one-on-one sessions or in groups. Either way, it serves as a powerful reminder that healing doesn’t always require intense effort. Sometimes it’s as simple as breathing, feeling, and allowing yourself to be.
Where we’ll work together
For most clients, sessions are virtual, allowing our work to fit naturally into busy lives and changing schedules.
However, starting in February 2026, I’ll also be offering in-person sessions in a private sunroom studio in Pasadena. Home visits can be arranged for breathwork or coaching at an increased rate for those who wish to work together in their own space in the Los Angeles or Orange County areas.

Short answer: I love being part of people’s growth. It truly feels like a gift.
Slightly longer answer: I have always been a deep-feeler, drawn to introspection and personal growth. From my favorite class at UC Berkeley, Leadership and Personal Development, to seminars, books, and retreats, this world has always called to me. In my mid-20s, while living in London, I took a class at the School of Life that opened my eyes to the idea that helping people feel more alive and at home within themselves could be a career. That dream stayed with me as I built a marketing career in tech—work that challenged me but never felt like a complete fit.
Over time, I realized I didn’t just want to engage with this world, I wanted to be part of it. In 2024, I completed my iPEC training, and in 2025, I officially started my business.
Beyond coaching, I had firsthand experience with alternative healing modalities. Breathwork entered my life through my own healing journey, and after my first training, I saw how transformative it can be and felt called to bring it into my practice.
Today, my work brings me so much fulfillment as I help people move from thinking to feeling and believing, and ultimately into deeper healing and inner knowing. I know firsthand what it’s like to feel burnt out, out of alignment, and on the edge of something new. There is real opportunity for alchemy in our lives, and it’s an honor to partner in that process with others.

I support clients with whatever they need most.
For some, that might mean leveling up in their current career, for others, it could be finding the courage to transition to a new one. Some clients focus on inner work to attract a new partner, while others want to learn how to communicate more vulnerably with their current one. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and create a path that allows you to experience the greatest impact.

The concept of We could be. started with a phrase my best friend KP and I came up with when we lived in San Francisco as two single gals in our late 20s. One evening, we sat on the couch and listed all the places “we could be” — past, present, and future. To me, We could be. embodies the endless possibilities of life and the power of simply remembering the magic in being.

So many things! I love to surf, travel, eat delicious meals, be cozy, spend hours in nature, dance, and see live music. I love photography and have been especially enjoying my new Olympus XA2 film camera (fun fact: the photos on this website are actually my own).
I love spending quality time with my husband, Tyler, my family, and my friends.
What I find joy in changes with each season, and I’m eager to explore what else may light me up in the coming years.
When You’re Ready
You might be here because something inside you knows it’s time — time to slow down, to stop pushing through, to finally give yourself permission to listen to and pursue what you really want. Beneath the noise, the pressure, and the stories about who you “should” be, there’s a part of you that already knows what’s next.
Together, we’ll create space for that voice to lead.
