What is life coaching?
If you’re reading this, you’ve likely done everything you were “supposed” to do — worked hard, built a career, checked the boxes you thought would make you feel fulfilled. From the outside, things look good. But inside, something feels off. You sense a gap between where you are and where you truly want to be.
That’s where our work begins. As a life coach based in Los Angeles, I work with clients locally and virtually to help them slow down, get curious, and reconnect with themselves. Together, we look beyond the circumstances bringing you to coaching to explore what's happening beneath the surface, sometimes even for the first time.
We'll explore what's driving your current reality, from the beliefs and expectations you've internalized to the patterns that show up in your work, relationships, and daily life. From there, we'll uncover what really matters to you, where you have choice, and how you might begin responding differently.
My approach blends deep reflection with practical, embodied action. You'll learn to recognize when you're slipping into old habits, like overworking, people-pleasing, or doubting your intuition, and develop tools to practice new ways of being. The shifts often start small, maybe setting a boundary, communicating honestly, or expressing what you really, really want. Over time, these small moments can add up to a bigger shift: creating a life that feels more like your own.

Benefits of life coaching
Coaching can create shifts that extend far beyond the challenges that initially bring you to it. As you better understand yourself, build self-trust, and change patterns that have been holding you back, new possibilities open up.
Through our work together, you can begin to:
Feel more confident in who you are: Build self-worth and trust your own judgment, needs, and desires.
Create more fulfilling relationships: Communicate openly, establish healthier boundaries, and build more authentic connections.
Build a healthier relationship with work: Explore new career directions or find more meaning and sustainability in your current work.
Make meaningful changes: Find the clarity and courage to make decisions and take action on what matters most.
Feel more present and connected: Spend less time caught up in self-doubt and expectations, and more time engaged with yourself and the world around you.
Answers to common questions about life coaching:
-
I work with people are at an inflection point in their lives. They know something needs to change, but aren't always sure what that looks like or how to make it happen.
They might be navigating a career transition, feeling burnt out, struggling in their relationships, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Often, they have a sense of what's not working, but feel stuck in patterns they can't quite see or shift on their own.
Some have done therapy or other personal growth work and are ready to turn what they've learned into action. They're ready to confront what's holding them back, make different choices, and create lives that feel more true to who they really are.
I work with clients virtually and in person. While most of my coaching takes place over Zoom, I also offer in-person sessions for clients in the Los Angeles area at my private studio in Pasadena.

My approach is curious, compassionate, growth-oriented, and rooted in self-connection. I believe meaningful change starts with becoming more aware of ourselves: our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, patterns, and desires.
Together, we explore what's happening beneath the surface, including things that may be difficult to see or that you've been avoiding. I create space for you to acknowledge what's present, get curious about what you're feeling, and connect with what's happening in your body. Sometimes that means slowing down, sitting with an emotion, or making space for something that needs to be felt rather than immediately trying to understand or change it.
This isn't just intellectual work. While understanding our patterns can be powerful, meaningful change also comes through experiencing things differently, developing a deeper connection with ourselves, and taking action. I draw on mindfulness, somatic practices, intuitive guidance, and breathwork where appropriate to support this process.
My role isn't to tell you who to be or what decisions to make. It's to help you see yourself more clearly, connect with your own wisdom, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

My coaching sessions are client-led, which means that at the beginning of each session, you'll bring a topic or area you'd like to explore. This might be something specific, like making a decision or figuring out how to approach a difficult conversation, or something broader, like understanding your resistance to a change you're considering.
Worried you won't have a topic? That's completely okay. You don't need a perfectly articulated problem. I can help you uncover what's taking up the most space for you or bring our attention back to something we've identified in your intake survey as your key goals.
From there, we'll dive into active coaching, exploring what's coming up, working through emotions, challenging assumptions, and making space for new perspectives and possibilities.
We'll close by reflecting on what you've discovered and identifying any actions you'd like to take moving forward.Throughout the journey, I'll guide you through different breathing rhythms and incorporate vocalization, and visualization. Curated music and pacing support the experience, creating space for emotional release, relaxation, and deeper self-connection.

I currently work with clients for a minimum of three months, meeting weekly over Zoom.
This gives us the time and consistency to recognize patterns, experiment with new ways of being, and put meaningful changes into practice. Coaching isn't about finding a quick fix. It's about building awareness and creating lasting change over time. Our work will be shaped around you, your goals, and what you need along the way.
After each session, you'll receive a recap highlighting key insights, reflections, and any exercises or resources relevant to our work.
Coaching is a collaborative process. I'll bring my attention, questions, and guidance to our sessions, and your willingness to engage with the work between them will help build momentum. Like much in life, you get what you put in!

I'm a trained iPEC Certified Professional Coach. iPEC is an ICF-accredited coach-training organization whose approach emphasizes self-awareness, perspective, and personal growth. Its Core Energy Coaching™ framework focuses on helping people understand the beliefs, emotional patterns, and perspectives that shape how they experience their lives.
My training provides a foundation for the way I coach, including the use of powerful questions, active listening, and exploring what's happening beneath the surface rather than simply addressing the challenges in front of us.
I also draw on breathwork, mindfulness, somatic practices, intuitive guidance, and my own lived experience. My approach isn't about following a one-size-fits-all formula. It's about meeting you where you are and drawing on the tools and practices that best support our work together.

Ultimately, that's something only you can decide! It depends on what you're looking for and how ready you are for change in your life.
Coaching offers something that can be difficult to create on your own: dedicated time and space to focus on yourself, explore what's getting in the way, and work toward your goals. Having someone alongside you to ask questions, offer a different perspective, and help you recognize patterns you might not see on your own can make a real difference.
It' is an investment not just financially, but in your time, energy, and willingness to show up for yourself. The value you get from it is connected to what you're willing to bring to the process.
My hope is that our work together helps you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, greater trust in your own decisions, and the ability to create changes that continue to serve you long after our sessions end.

I believe we all have the capacity to create lives that feel meaningful and true to who we are, but sometimes we lose touch with ourselves along the way.
I've always been drawn to introspection and personal growth, but it took me some time to realize I wanted to make this work my career. After spending over a decade in tech marketing, I felt increasingly drawn toward work that felt more meaningful and connected to what mattered to me. My own experiences with burnout and feeling disconnected from myself helped me understand just how important it is to slow down, listen inward, and make space for change.
I'm passionate about helping people explore what's getting in the way, see themselves more clearly, and discover new possibilities. I love creating space for people to find the courage to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Being part of people's growth is incredibly fulfilling. It truly feels like a gift!
